Situation

A US industrial logistics company needed cloud ERP across its network, starting from nothing: a two-facility pilot, an empty AWS account, and an eventual footprint of 17 sites riding on the pilot's success.

What we did

  • Built the AWS infrastructure from an empty account: EC2, Aurora PostgreSQL Serverless v2, S3, Nginx with SSL, and Jenkins CI/CD
  • Implemented the order-to-invoice-to-work-order flow at the two pilot facilities
  • Built a self-service portal for the company's 100+ vendors
  • Secured the platform with Cloudflare Zero Trust and Keycloak SSO
